Biography:
Luca Tozzi is an ecclectic guitarist originally from Italy. He's being living and workin in the NYC area since 2002 performing with several jazz & blues artists. At the moment he has is own band named Blue Visions with Bass/Vocalist Jerry Dugger and Drummer Barry Harrison. He also etstablished musicianship with Kenny Brawner and recording some tracks on the Brawner Brothers new album and performing with them. He's also the guitar Player with Ptah Brown and with the funk-rock band Blue Number Nine. He has recorded his own jazz album " under a calm Water" that feautures sax player JD Allen and recorded for Blue Number Nine, Stefanie Seskin solo album, and Jimmy "preacher" Robins latest album named Longevity. His musical experience started in Italy in 1989 when he first picked up the guitar. Since then he grew up playing jazz, blues and funk with different local band till 1999 when he moved to London starting a new journey. In that period he was performing with different jazz musician on the scene like Jim Mullen (Average White Band), Renato D'Aiello, Damon Brown, Sebastian Rochford, Paul Batik, Max Grunard. He also has been for a year the guitarist in the rock band Menlo Park.
